We are specialists in restoring/repairing what is needed to be removed in order for companies/utility firms/pipeline companies to complete natural gas, water, sewer, phone and fiber optic work. In a nutshell: we put back what other people tear up. Small scale Milling and Paving is a specialty, pot holes, and asphalt repair.
Historic brickwork and concrete repair
Louisville is full of history & we love to be a part of it. That’s why we never shy away from working on historic brick sidewalk repair; we have extensive experience in removing and installing brick that has been removed from utility repairs and preserving the integrity of the look and feel of the historic sidewalk.
ADA Compliant Ramps
We go above and beyond with compliance of the ADA in creating handicap friendly and accessible ramps. Not only do we strictly follow ADA rules but we also use the intuition and experience of our foremen and workers to assure the functionality and accessibility of every ramp we install.
Current President, Tracie Stoll, Bill's wife of 26 years, is a graduate of the University of Dayton. She took over the business in February of 2023, after Bill's passing. Tracie and her loyal team is committed to fulfilling the mission that Bill, Rick, David, Doug and Ed started over 50 years ago. Quality service at a fair price, with safety at the forefront. She is OSHA certified and is committed to keeping our employees safe on the job site. Stoll Construction and Paving is now 100% women owned business.
We mourn the loss of our past President, Bill Stoll, who passed after a brief battle with cancer in February of 2023. He graduated from St. Xavier High School in 1991 and received his BA from the University of Dayton in 1995. He served the company as a laborer, crew leader, project manager and estimator. He took over as President in 2014 and started the 3rd generation of our family-owned business.

We are experienced in repairing & paving not only asphalt potholes and patches but also deep concrete sub layers with efficiency and sustainability in mind. Our team provides over 40 years of knowledge in the field of asphalt and concrete building and repair.
We bring our ‘big fix’ capabilities and know-how with us when we do private and commercial concrete and asphalt driveway repair, meaning you get expediency and professionalism and the knowledge that your new driveway is built to withstand the most wear and tear.
