Stoll Construction is one of the few contractors in Louisville that can prepare the concrete base and finish with surface asphalt for seamless pothole repair and pavement restoration.

We mourn the loss of our past President, Bill Stoll, who passed after a brief battle with cancer in February of 2023. He graduated from St. Xavier High School in 1991 and received his BA from the University of Dayton in 1995. He served the company as a laborer, crew leader, project manager and estimator. He took over as President in 2014 and started the 3rd generation of our family-owned business.

Current President, Tracie Stoll, Bill's wife of 26 years, is a graduate of the University of Dayton. She took over the business in February of 2023, after Bill's passing. Tracie and her loyal team is committed to fulfilling the mission that Bill, Rick, David, Doug and Ed started over 50 years ago. Quality service at a fair price, with safety at the forefront. She is OSHA certified and is committed to keeping our employees safe on the job site. Stoll Construction and Paving is now 100% women owned business.
