Rest in Peace, our Fearless Leader

Dear Friends and Valued Partners:

As many of you know, my husband Bill Stoll lost his brave fight with cancer on Wednesday morning. While losing him hurts so much right now, I also am consoled with the knowledge that he passed away peacefully at home and surrounded by myself and our two children, Conner and Emily. Since his diagnosis and decision to forego any additional treatment, our goal always remained to give Bill peace and comfort in his final days, and I’m proud to say that these days were filled with laughter, tears, and love.

I write this also to let you know that while we grieve every day, we are also committed to the business needs that still exist at Stoll Construction and Paving Co, Inc. I have taken over the job of President, and I am personally involved daily to carry on the 3rd generation of our business. Fortunately for me, Bill is surrounded by some of the best employees in our industry. I can assure you that every one of our employees is committed to bringing you the same level of response and service you have come to expect from our company. We know that Bill is already looking down intently and we’re determined and focused on not letting him down.

To those friends and partners in business that have reached out to us, please accept my heartfelt thanks for all the love you have shown us. We feel that love and believe me, it helps carry us through these difficult days. May we all carry Bill with us, his joy for life, constant leadership and caring attitude, everyday.
